HiveMind and Axis

Hi,

     I am trying to deploy HiveMind services as web services with the help of Axis. I also prefer to avoid making my application a web application(with a full web server like Tomcat or Jetty) just for this small gain of deploying web services. Did anybody found a simple/straightforward solution which is also working?
