Current todo list
Here is a quick todo list:
-only have one set of *Methods in the method package, recoginize a full url
-simplify HostConfiguration and starting httpclient in the simple case
-eliminate calls to deprecated startSession/endSession methods (60
warnings!)
-add httpclient/cookie/package.html
-add httpclient/util/package.html
-need a stream package
-need a authentication package
-quick howto for moving from old HttpMultiClient to new HttpClient
