Users have been requesting a "Fit to Page" option since at least 2009!  I find
it hard to believe that Apache is not doing anything about this issue.  I waste
so much time on this, I am considering BUYING Microsoft Office or Excel.  If
you're trying to drive users away from OpenOffice, this is a good way to do it.
