[jira] [Created] (UIMA-2743) Client should be notified when a job fails because of unavailable services

Burn Lewis created UIMA-2743:
--------------------------------

Summary: Client should be notified when a job fails because of unavailable services
                 Key: UIMA-2743
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-2743
             Project: UIMA
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: DUCC
            Reporter: Burn Lewis
            Priority: Minor

Currently only ducc-mon shows ServicesUnavailable ... no such information is in any of the logs. Perhaps the job monitor could be sent a state of "ServicesUnavailable" before the Completing state.
