svn-copied the docs/d to an site/archive/docs/d.  Confirmed I could read it with a browser; deleted docs/d/uimaj-2.4.0.  I tried to get redirect working via an .htaccess file in the docs/d directory, but after 10 tries, I gave up - I couldn't get it to work.

Added a note to the uima website main doc page with a link to the archive spot.

Will now delete other old versions of uimaj release documentation
