   @vishalovercome what exactly is causing the system to not recover from the checkpoints after the ZooKeeper connection has been temporarily suspended? Once a `JobMaster` regains leadership, it should be able to load the latest checkpoint and continue from where it left off.
   
   Concerning the timeline for this feature, I think that we want to include it at the latest in the next major release (Flink `1.13.0`).
