   Ubuntu 16.04 runtime docker are also needed. We will have these files in the docker directory:
   
   ```
   ubuntu-16.04.build.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-16.04.fns-rt.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-16.04.kms-rt.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-16.04.tdfs-rt.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-16.04.tms-rt.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-18.04.build.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-18.04.fns-rt.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-18.04.kms-rt.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-18.04.tdfs-rt.Dockerfile
   ubuntu-18.04.tms-rt.Dockerfile
   config.toml
   docker-compose.yml
   ```
   
   I'm putting Dockerfile as suffix names because GitHub can recognize the file to show syntax highlight.
