Challenge #3: form a PMC with 4-5 members for graduation

Hi,

Forming a PMC [1] is required to graduate.

To operate, a PMC needs at least 3 active members, so to have some
slack in case someone's not available for a while the Incubator PMC
usually requires 4-5 members at graduation time.

I'm happy to stay on that PMC to provide advice and contacts as
needed, but I'm not planning to be actively involved at the moment.

Do we have 3 or 4 other volunteers?
