FOP Accessibility

Hi, I'm new to FOP and am trying to convert from FO to PDF and I'm
wondering if it's possible to enable any of the accessibility functions
in the output PDF document, such as adding tags.

Noone had enough of an itch to start implementing any of the
accessibility functions defined in PDF 1.4, chapter 9.8. Patches are
welcome, but it's not going to be easy.
