New Apache Flex SDK installer release candidate

Hi,

After a bit of a delay (because of the move the git) we're just about to release a new installer:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/flex/installer/2.5/RC4/binaries/

And would appreciate it if anyone can help out in testing the release candidate. Especially those who know a language other than English and/or don't run their OS in English.

Changes from the last installer include:
1.  Enable Flex SDK download stats tracking
2.  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33426 (UI fix for license screen (show regular checkboxes))
3.  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33151 (Auto-update logic fix)
4.  French and Dutch language locale fixes.
5.  Added the SDK version number to be downloaded in the window title.
6.  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33202 (more issues).
7.  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX-33419 (added germain language).

Being able to select the version of AIR and Flash Player is still being worked on and it currently defaults to AIR 3.4 and Flash Player 11.1. Although this can be changed by editing a config file and passing that config file via teh command line.

A couple of improvements to German have already been supplied.

PS The stats tracking it totally anonymous and just gives us an idea of how many people are using the installer.

Hi,

Release Candidate 5 is now out.
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/flex/installer/2.5/RC5/binaries/

We'd appreciate anyone who can lend a hand to help test it.

There are only minor text changes from RC5.
