[PR] chore(python/sedona-expr): Ensure sedonadb-expr is packaged [sedona-db]
paleolimbot opened a new pull request, #970:

Ensures that wheels are built for seodnadb-expr (easy, since this is pure generated python), and ensures raster functions are accessible.
