Jenkins VMs updated (OSX and Windows)

Hi,

sorry for the build failures. I did not update the Slave's paths. The reason for this was a general Operating System Update of the slaves today:

- The Windows Slave is now running "Windows 10 Prof."
- The MacOSX slave to runs with "El Capitan" including "rootless" mode.

Sorry for any failures that may occur because of this.
