New site and distributions have been deployed.

Hi all,

I fixed all broken links and missing documentation for 0.8 branch.  Please
report any broken links if you find any.

Plus, I deployed all tarballs and zip files so you can download it from the
mirrors:

http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/directory/mina/

It will take some time for all distributions to get distributed to all
mirrors, so please be patient.
