Re: [VOTE] Release UIMA-DUCC 2.2.0 RC1

Cancelling DUCC 2.2.0 RC1 vote due to the following issues:

1) Missing documentation
2) Multiple agents are allowed to start on a node
3) Machine sizes are wrong in the Viz
