No distribution

Hi!

I tried to find the binary distribution of xtags taglib under the following
url but could not find it. Please help.

http://mirrors.ccs.neu.edu/Apache/dist/jakarta/taglibs/xtags/binaries/

The only link available there is that of the parent directory.
