### Feature Description
In enterprise event-driven architectures, uncoordinated message payload schema mutations between upstream producers and downstream consumers cause severe deserialization crashes. The dashboard requires a centralized message schema registration and schema evolution compatibility inspection tool (JSON Schema, Avro, Protobuf).
### Proposed Solution
1. Introduce `MessageSchemaDefinition` and `MessageSchemaCompatibilityReport` models supporting BACKWARD, FORWARD, and FULL compatibility modes.
2. Implement `MessageSchemaRegistryService` to manage topic-level schema bindings, inspect schema evolution changes, and validate test payloads.
3. Provide `MessageSchemaRegistryController` with endpoints for schema query, schema evolution validation, and sample payload testing.
4. Add frontend `MessageSchemaRegistryModal` to view schema versions, run compatibility checks, and test payload serialization.
5. Provide comprehensive controller and service unit tests.
