   we use `devtools` to specify the version of other libraries, e.g. `Rscript -e "devtools::install_version('lintr', version='2.0.1', repos='https://cloud.r-project.org')"`, but it seems that we can not control its own version.
   
   is it possbile to download the binary file https://github.com/r-lib/devtools/archive/refs/tags/v2.4.3.tar.gz , and then directly install it?
