Can any body help me to understand about
TemplateContext,RunData and Application Tool.

How it works and when these objects are created and
who does that. What is difference between ReqestTool
and GlobalTool ? how ScarabRequestTool works ?
What is the life scope of pull tools ?
What happens when application starts or server starts
?
What happens when Turbine gets a request from a client
?
About Intake Groups how to handle usercreated
attributes using intake.
