[jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-7225) cqlsh help for CQL3 is often
incorrect and should be modernized

Robert Stupp commented on CASSANDRA-7225:
-----------------------------------------
{{git help foobar}} on Windows opens a browser window pointing to the help. On Linux and OSX it opens a man page.
Would this be be an alternative to not maintain multiple sources for documentation? I'm not sold on the man page thing if it requires a huge convert-to-groff task - but IMO opening a web page is fine.

> Just a small line of text in cqlsh "help" command indicates that < is <= and > is >= in CQL.
> This is confusing to many people (including me :) ) because I did not expect < to return the "equals" portion.
> Please allow distinct behaviours for <, <=, > and >= in CQL queries. Maybe in combination with CASSANDRA-5184 and/or CASSANDRA-4914
