10.2 - When?

I am curious about the 10.2 timeline.  Anyone planning to initiate a
release  in the near future?

Hi Kathey,

I was planning to volunteer to manage a release built around the jdbc 4 
work for which I have been filing jiras today. I was going to add some 
more detail to those jiras before starting the discussion. But now 
you've begun the process!
