## Summary
- Add project rule to `AGENTS.md`: prefer AssertJ assertions over JUnit assertions in new and modified test code
- AssertJ is already available as a test dependency and provides more readable fluent assertions with better failure messages
- When modifying existing test code, migrate touched assertions to AssertJ where it improves readability — no need to migrate entire files
- Camel-specific assertion methods (`MockEndpoint.assertIsSatisfied()`, etc.) are unaffected
