cactify .sar file.

There is a lot of support for cactifying .war or .ear files.  I have also
seen some reference to a cactified .sar file, yet haven't been able to find
any examples or explanations on how to achieve cactified .sar files.  Is it
possible to do this with cactus?  Has anybody had any luck in implementing a
cactified .sar?
