I reopen this Jira as camel-jt400 2.15.x and 2.16.x are also impacted (and lot of users still use this version).

I will backport the fix on camel-2.15.x and camel-2.16.x branches.

> Creating a data queue end point using JT400 as per the documentation crashes out when the endpoint creation starts. This seems identical to the SNMP issue CAMEL-8479 (as it produces identical output other than the component name).
