It seems this is related with this issue also reported by https://www.ubuntu.com/usn/usn-3239-2/ <https://www.ubuntu.com/usn/usn-3239-2/>

So it's not only ASF Infra but the whole web that is more or less affected for few days (DSN resolution)...
