[06/14] incubator-weex git commit: * [doc] Fixed grammar glitches in
set-up-env.
* [doc] Fixed grammar glitches in set-up-env.
Updated grammar and expression glitches in "Setup Development
Environment", also added dotWe link to the corresponding Chinese
version of this document.
