Drill should honor "skip.header.line.count" and "skip.footer.line.count" attribute of Hive table:
1. Functionality to skip header and footer lines while reading Hive data.
2. Unit tests.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/arina-ielchiieva/drill DRILL-3688
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/drill/pull/382.patch
