[PR] [common] Fix possible deadlock in ParallelExecution [paimon]

### Purpose
Currently, if `readerSupplier.get()` in `ParallelExecution#asyncRead` throws an exception, it is not catched, causing deadlock. This PR fixes the possible deadlock.
