apache.130th.net downtime notice

Sirs/Ladies,

Our provider has notified us regarding IP addresses change on their network.
We have contacted ISP and requested for new IP addresses for the
servers. Once they will provide us with IP addresses, server will be
taken down for a while to change interface settings.

According to the ISP, they will re-route all traffic on the new upstream
after three weeks from now, thus there will be short downtime during
given time.
