Why are there two PRs?

I am surprised that this test passes (even more surprised that it passes on multiple JDK versions). The test adds multiple elements to a HashSet. The order that those values will come out of the HashSet is undetermined, yet the test asserts that they come out in a particular order. Can you explain why you believe the test is deterministic?
