Iceberg podling name search

Hi Iceberg developers!

As part of becoming an Apache project, the community needs to validate that
"Apache Iceberg" is a suitable name for the project. I've started the
process here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PODLINGNAMESEARCH-163

That includes some initial searching I've done to see if there are
conflicts with other projects. If you know of any possible name conflict,
please comment on that issue or reply to this thread so that we can
document it.

Thanks, everyone!
