   (Bug)由于连接建立完成后，H2的setting和req是一起发送的，此时client发送一个包体大于默认值的包，会发送失败，那么setting也发不过去，Server也不会发送任何Setting，相当与不会收到任何消息
   请问这个bug修复了吗
