[DISCUSS] KIP-849: Expose logdirs total and usable space via kafka-log-dirs.sh

Hi all,

I'd like to propose a small KIP to expose logdirs total and usable space via kafka-log-dirs.sh, most of the work has been finished in KIP-827, I just want to show these 2 fields in the output of afka-log-dirs.sh
