   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   As the description in [SPARK-26334](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-26334),When we apply reflect function  to empty field,  it will  always  lead to  NullPointerException. We can catch the NPE  when invocation is triggered by reflect function.
   
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   manual tests!
   In the table shown below,  for field `url`, some values  are initialized to NULL .

   When we apply reflect function  to `url` ,
   before fix:
