That's not a bug, the {{-autoproxy}} switch is used by Ant only, not third party components. Since Wagon does the transport is must support similar config which it doesn't at the moment. It would also require a {{settings.xml}} change to support this properly. Thre are similar tickets for WAGON and MNG.
