Documentation precision about balancer plugin
Balancer plugin is a "remap" plugin which don't have to be added in plugin.conf.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/Titotix/trafficserver patch-2
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/74.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

The documentation clearly states you should configure this plugin in remap.config.

I would take a patch that explained the differences between remap and global plugins, and how configuration for each of them is done. I agree that this can be confusing when you first encounter it.

I agree. But before to use this plugin, I read all documentations about plugins (I think it's the good way to handle with new soft). So I misunderstanding and I put balancer.so in my plugin.conf.
It's not clear for a new user of traffic server.
