[I] Refer to byte array types consistently [parquet-format]

asfimport opened a new issue, #433:
URL: https://github.com/apache/parquet-format/issues/433

As discussed briefly on the [mailing list](https://lists.apache.org/thread/prb14l5t90skcw9oy1fnotor1n3x82xj), the specification is rather loose when discussing the BYTE_ARRAY and FIXED_LEN_BYTE_ARRAY primitive types, often referring to them instead as "binary". The proposal here is to always use the primitive type names defined in the README.
