error with Beta 3

Hi,

When I upgraded to Axis Beta 3, I am getting following error.  The culprit
seems to be commons-loggin.jar that comes with Beta 3.  If I replace that
file with Beta 2 version, then it works fine.  Any ideas?

I think it's the same as my problem which is still unresolved.
I found it had something to do with ClassLoader which I'm not familiar with.
