No CVS Access?

I'm trying to get HiveMind via CVS so I can build Tapestry 4 but I  
keep getting an error that jakarta-hivemind can't be found.

ViewCVS gives the message below. What's the correct procedure for  
retrieve HiveMind via CVS?
