SOAP Fault Detail problem

Hi.
 
The SOAPFault detail implementation seems that it can handle the DOM Element
as its child.
But after investing SAAJ specification and testing WebLogic and JWSDP from
SUN,
I am convinced that nothing prevents the DOM Text node from appearing in the
Detail's child.
 
For example, WebLogic's fault message has Text detail child (the stack trace
of server-side exception) 
along with DetailEntry child. So the fault message from WebLogic can't be
deserialized by Axis, XML parsing error occurs.
 
The problem comes from the org.apache.axis.AxisFault and SOAPFaultBuilder
and some other classes.
 
The AxisFault class has a member  'faultDetails' which seems to have only
DOM Elements.
But I think the 'faultDetails' should be the vector of
org.apache.axis.message.MessageElement
 
The SOAPFaultBuilder's onEndChild method try to convert the MessageElement
in the current DeserContext
to DOM Element using MessageElement's getAsDOM method, but in case of Text
child the getAsDOM 
occurs Exception. 
 
In addition, I do not see the reason that org.apache.axis.message.Detail
extends the SOAPFault classes.
I think that SOAPFaultElement would be more appropriate for Detail's base
class.
 
I and Ias made a patch for this problem 
and I think Ias can commit the patch if all the test cases pass after
applying the patch to Axis.
He will also upload the junit test case.
