When I configured webserver_certificate_file to server-cert.pem
webserver_private_key_file to server-key.pem according to the webserver test case. Failed to start Impalad.

The error message is as following:
impala: Webserver: set_ssl_option: cannot open /opt/dap_security/impala/wildcard-cert.pem: error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start line
