Lift 2.0

I've started a new branch for the lift 2.0 snapshot. Looks like there is
some breaking changes regarding logging, OpenID and requests. I'm started
making some changes. Maybe, someone can continue the changes to get this new
version to work. We need it for the LDAP for the 1.1. release.

No problem - this is an important issue, because it enables us to do get the
new features (LDAP, etc.)
