Webcam data collect problem is basicly solved

hi, all:
     I just re-examine opencv lib for collecting data from webcam. I find
that only two libs are used in opencv when collecting data. One is libcv and
the other is libhighgui. So we just need to use these two libs and avoid
learning the lowlevel operation. i will write the result into document and
parse it here later.
