Onboarding help

Hi -

I'm seeking to onboard a group of students at a US University involved in a
Code4Good student club. They've adopted a project I'm trying to accomplish
on top of Fineract-CN.

Next Saturday 4pm EST I'd like to invite one or more experienced devs who
can help outline the process of building fineract-CN.  They have tried and
are not sure about the endpoints and how to make sure they've successfully
built the project. They are aware of the project documentation (e.g.
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FINERACT/How+To+Build+Apache+Fineract+CN)
and are planning on joining the listserv.

I would be happy to turn this into a kind of "how to onboard new devs", so
I think that would be of benefit to the project. I'd be happy to share the
results of what is not clear or clear - and help make the project more
approachable for new devs.
