Woody currency convertor

Hi,

I am trying to use the Woody binding convertor for decimal numbers using
v2/Form.js, without any luck.

I have found following format in cocoon 2.1.4-dist but it does not work.

def file contains :

	 <wd:field id="myValue">
            <wd:datatype base="decimal"/>
        </wd:field>

bind file contains:
 	 <wb:value id="myValue" path="myValue">
		 <wd:datatype base="decimal">
			<wd:convertor variant="number">
				<wd:patterns>
       				     <wd:pattern>###.00</wd:pattern>
				</wd:patterns>
			</wd:convertor>
 		</wd:datatype>
   	</wb:value>

Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, but I'm still guessing now.

Is it not working when loading the data or when saving?

I'll assume that it's for saving.

Also, I assume you're either binding to an XML document or to a String
field of a javabean.

And then I'm still wondering:

* do you get nothing in the output?
* do you get something, but not formatted as expected?

Hi Bruno,

Yeah you are right. The problem is that nothing is happening, absolute
nothing.
No convertion to currency, no log entry ...

Ah, now I see it, you don't need to have the wd:datatype element around
the convertor, but instead a datatype attribute on the wd:convertor
element.

Where did you find the above example?
