   @antianchi 可以看下store日志确认下consume queue的构建有没有被卡住，offset是在消息写入的时候就确定了，有一个Reput线程会异步构建CQ，参考这部分代码org.apache.rocketmq.store.DefaultMessageStore.ReputMessageService看下有没有什么异常。
