There's a tool called TestMaker, http://www.pushtotest.com/ptt looks
like it could be very useful for testing James.  It already has a Mail
Protocol Handler for SMTP, POP and IMAP.

But at the time, it didn't appear to support the protocols we care about, so
if they've added them, that's great.
