"Ouch, the call failed" running the EJB Test

Hello.

Can someone help?  Ideas ?  I deployed the ejb demo
WebSphere v3.5.  Now I am trying to run the
testprovider sample and I get the error:

Ouch, the call failed:
Fault Code = SOAP-ENV:Server
Fault String = Error in connecting to EJB
