RTMPTClient status

I'll add client patching to the build and then everybody can decide if we
need to restart vote or not

I don't know. The Vote for RC2 is already underway. So we need some people
voting with -1.
Otherwise organizing a vote and then finally do not accept the result but
instead re-start yet another vote would make our users think we fool them.
Anyhow, apart from the organizational handling it would be great to be able
to test it.

As an option I can add my patch to our build system until Red5 will commit
it.
This way we can release with RTMPT support and maybe can test how good it
works.
What do you think?
