Deploy latest 4.3
Create a network
Start up router
Verify router version using listrouters or UI: Infrastructure -> Virtual Routers -> Click on a router -> Version
Shows 4.2 instead of 4.3

Following is from a hyper-v setup for which we had new template.
Version needs to be fixed for other hypervisor templates as well.
