When using multiple sub-clusters for a mount point, we need to set {{MultipleDestinationMountTableResolver}} to {{dfs.federation.router.file.resolver.client.class}}. The current documents lack of the explanation. We should add it to HDFSRouterFederation.md and hdfs-rbf-default.xml.
